In August of 2002 Miller traveled, as a special guest, to Baltimore, MD and played a significant role in assisting Baltimore, MD City Councilman Melvin Stukes: in having the first resolution passed that discourages the use of the n-word. Attorney Miller was presented with an appreciation Resolution from the City of Baltimore, MD for his argument that helped get the n-word Resolution passed. In February of 2007, Attorney Miller traveled to New York City, by invitation of Councilman Leroy Comrie and presented contributing argument, which led to the passing of New York City's resolution discouraging n-word usage.
