Bukola Oguntala, HR Strategist, Speaker, Coach. 20+ years honing leadership from early resilience to Fortune 500 HR. I use SHIFT Framework & Pattern Recognition Leadership to help leaders shift unconscious patterns, build trust & drive breakthrough results. Spelman & Northwestern for graduate work

Driven by early lessons in resilience and leadership sparked by personal experience and sports, I began my career journey at 12. My corporate path, initiated through management training programs, quickly cultivated my ability to lead diverse, multi-generational teams in new environments. Early on, I also gained valuable experience in leadership development programs before transitioning into recruiting.

I built my HR expertise from the ground up, starting in campus recruiting and advancing through experienced and executive search, ultimately leading full recruiting teams. My scope expanded into broader HR leadership, where I partnered with executives, guided teams through significant transitions, and shaped culture across large regions. Most recently, I served as the Division HR Leader for a Fortune 500 distribution company.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Spelman College and pursued graduate studies in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University. I am also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. My commitment to community also included valuable time as a CASA with the Fulton County juvenile court system and supporting children navigating grief through organizations like Kate's Club.
