His unique teaching program, The Bell Curve of Life, was launched in 2022 after a very successful career in residential land development and homebuilding. After becoming a manager at the age of 22, he went on to hold senior leadership positions in both privately held and publicly traded organizations.
His lifetime of practical personal and professional experiences is the basis of the program material, which relates to circumstances that people find themselves in on a routine basis. "A Performer/A Environment" has become the signature program material, and it is offered through Keynote Presentations, the Book, and in-person engagement with individuals and in group settings.
