Jen Josey is a real estate investor, national speaker, coach, author, podcast host, and proud Bestower of Badassery™. Originally from South Florida, she graduated from the University of Central Florida before spending 16 years as a middle school teacher and another six in the health insurance industry. In pursuit of financial freedom and a more fulfilling life, Jen left the corporate grind behind and launched herself into entrepreneurship.
In 2017, Jen and her husband, Vance, founded Jolific Homes, a real estate investment company based in Raleigh, NC. They expanded into rental properties the following year with Jolific Properties, which now includes both long- and short-term rentals. Their entrepreneurial journey continued with the launch of their investor-friendly brokerage, The Acorn Agency, and most recently, Jolific Construction, following Vance's attainment of his General Contractor License.
Jen is also the visionary behind REIGN (The Real Estate Investor Growth Network), a virtual mastermind she launched in 2019—before Zoom was a household name. REIGN connects investors of all levels with high-level education, networking opportunities, and one-on-one coaching with expert mentors. To further amplify the impact of REIGN, Jen launched the Real Estate Investor Growth Network Podcast in 2020, delivering actionable strategies and inspiration with every episode.
In 2021, Jen joined the HomeSchooled by Tarek El Moussa coaching team, where she empowered thousands of aspiring investors until the program concluded in 2024.
