At the age of 58, Mollie left an 8-year relationship with her abuser and launched head-first into a terrifying journey of domestic abuse survival. Today she combines her 30-plus years of experience as a human resources professional and her lived experience with domestic abuse to educate and advocate for other victims and survivors – to shine light on the topic of domestic abuse and bring it out of the shadows into the light. Before starting her public speaking career, Mollie spent 30 years in leadership positions in human resources for: Express Human Resources, University of Arkansas Medical Sciences, Philander Smith College, Heifer International, Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Global Foodbanking Network, and private consulting.
