I help people who struggle finding the ability to hit targets consistently in their life in work, health, and relationships through 3 key principles that will help them move forward with confidence
KEY TOPICS:
1. Money - "To make money matter, make money matter."
There is an old statement that says money can't buy happiness. Well that is probably true. But what if instead of focusing on happiness you focus on intentional growth, productivity, and impact. Can money buy these? Yes. Through helping people navigate the perils of scarcity money mindset and moving to an abundance mindset, We achieve the first step in making a massive shift forward in attaining wealth. The three key areas of focus that I work in in my sessions are:
a) Money Mindset -
b) Strategies for success (Sales, Marketing, Scaling) -
c) Commitment to Massive Action -
2. Mindset - "Most people fall in love with their plan but dread the execution of it. The magic you are looking for is in the work you are not doing."
Every person who has every been successful at anything had to win it first in their head to win it in the world. Sports, business, family, community. It is all won first in the way you manifest it in your mind. In this element of this session we break down the following
a) Assess Effort - How to correctly assess the levels of effort required to succeed and the sacrifice necessary to win
b) Commitment and Conviction - How to stay committed to the task.
c) Personal Brand - How to reinvent yourself in a new space. This starts with the biggest sale of your life. The sale you need to make to yourself.
3 Mentorship "Asking for help is not giving up. It is staying committed to your goal when the target seems so far away"
Mike Tyson had Cus D'Amato, Warren Buffet had Charlie Munger, Tony Robbins had Jim Rohn. Mine has been Grant Cardone, John Danaher, Patrick Lencioni, Brandon Dawson, Michelle Mason, and many others. Mentors come in many different form. Some are structured with close proximity, and others are a book or a seminar. Some are friends and others are the 'what not to do' mentors. In any of the cases, mentors do a few things really well.
a) Increase the Chance of Success - Mentors will not do your work. They will help you find a way for you to do your work with success through their experience, wisdom, stories, roadmaps, strategies, etc. The key is they bring you closer to your outcome and if they are really good, further then you might not have thought possible.
b) Speed up the learning process - Time is the one currency we cannot increase and speed is certainly important when you want get to your moments of impact. Mentors typically strive to get you to the target quickly so you can realize the outcome faster and build to your next target.
c) Reduce cost of learning - Learning can be very difficult when you go alone. It can be very expensive when you learn about the things that you did not even knew you needed to learn about. Mentors see the unseen and present them in a way that you can learn hopefully before it happens to you.
