Bob Woolverton
M.S. Management & Leadership
WA, USTransforming your MANAGERS into LEADERS, everyone loves to work for. From manager to inspirational leader: Creating TRUST and ENGAGEMENT among your teams.
Bob Woolverton is a leadership expert. He has more than three decades of leadership experience, twelve years as a leadership instructor, holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership, and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
However, Bob’s leadership journey didn’t start that way. His leadership journey started like everyone else who gets promoted – sink or swim. Figure it out on your own.
Like everyone else, he started reading all the best-selling leadership books, attending every class with “Leadership” in the title and even started a leadership book club at work. But he was still barely treading water, barely keeping his head above water. Then, he returned to college and got his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Management and Leadership. It was during his Master’s program when the pieces of the leadership jigsaw puzzle finally came together. Sinking was no longer a threat, and he became a leadership instructor. Bob gets hired by organizations to train aspiring leaders, resulting in accelerated leadership success.
He is the author of The Part of Leadership No One Talks About and is highly sought after for guest appearances on leadership podcasts across the United States and as far away as India. He is a National Speakers Association (NSA) member and serves on the Board of Directors of his local NSA chapter in Seattle, Washington.
As a leadership instructor, Bob has trained more than 1,800 managers and executives on becoming the leader everyone loves to work for without being a people-pleaser. As a leadership speaker, Bob inspires the audience to think about their leadership role in an entirely new way and eliminate the four words bosses say that prevent them from becoming great leaders.
On a personal note, Bob is an avid boater and golfer, although rarely at the same time.
