J. Ibeh Agbanyim, Ph.D., is a scholar-practitioner, and the founder of Focused Vision Consulting, LLC. Dr. Agbanyim has published multiple bestselling books on collaboration, engagement, thought processes, decision-making, and the emotion of fear. His work has been widely read by individuals who represent major corporations and institutions, including Intel, UPS, Bank of America, the U.S. Airforce, Arizona State University, and many others. As a public speaker, Dr. Agbanyim participates in speaking engagements both nationally and internationally (UAE, Europe, Canada, and Africa).
Dr. Agbanyim is a Harvard Kennedy School-trained leadership development practitioner who has also received training in nonverbal communication from Stanford, and neuroscience for leadership executive education from MIT Sloan School of Management.
