Wes Dove is the founder of Dove Development & Consulting, a company committed to providing premium leadership and personnel development resources to organizations and individuals who want to reach that next level. Wes has served as an Executive Director with Maxwell Leadership and is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant using The DISC Model of Human Behavior. In early 2019, Wes was invited to be a contributing author for the book Discover Your Team’s Potential – Proven Principles To Help Engage Your Team & Improve Performance, which made the Amazon Best Sellers List in all three categories it was listed in. Wes was also a contributing author in Voices For Leadership - Volume 1. In February 2024, Wes published What's KILLING Your Profitability? (It ALL Boils Down to Leadership!), which became an Amazon #1 Best Seller in two categories and a #2 Best Seller in a third while still on pre-order. It also was recognized as a Top New Release in seven categories. His second complete book, Leading With A Clear Purpose, will be published in February '25.
Prior to founding Dove Development & Consulting, Wes did extensive work in behavior based safety, including training and team development throughout North America. Wes studied Human Resource Management at Columbia Southern University and holds a professional certification in human resources through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) with over 20 years of experience in safety, human resources, and personnel development in manufacturing, mining, and construction. He has held various board and committee roles for non-profit organizations locally and with Maxwell Leadership.
