Janet Jennings
I help people facing adversities to build their faith in God and adopt godly principles so that they can be triumphant overcomers.
Born in The Bahamas, and since 2018 living in the UK, I am a wife of thirty plus years and mother of two sons. Both my sons had developmental challenges. By prayer and commitment my sons overcame their challenges and went on to earn masters degrees. I have seen and experienced the hand of God and His faithfulness in my life.
In August 2022, I became a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker enabling me to be more effective In adding value to others.
I have been a Christian for 50 years and have served as a Sunday school superintendent and a speaker at women’s ministry and church meetings. During my time in many prayer groups, I have experienced and witnessed the power of prayer.
I am presently on the YWCA Bahamas Board of Management and the Board of Nominations Committee . We focus on providing meals, clothes and financial support for families. We do a bible study session every two weeks and prayerfully connect with other members for the spiritual needs of families and each other. We also offer extracurricular karate lessons for a local school at weekends.
In 2020, my husband and I co-founded the Leaders Of Change – Kingdom Lifestyle Ministry. Identifying the need to expose believers to the whole Bible we are producing teaching videos on each book of the Bible which we publish to Facebook and You Tube.
