Gary D. Seale has award winning experience in his sales career with companies such as 3M, ITW, Nationwide Insurance, and Vallen Safety. He capitalizes on his experience as a Territory Manager, Sales Manager, Product Manager, Regional Manager - North America, International Accounts Manager - North America / Asia, Commercial Insurance Product Specialist, and sales services/consulting business owner to provide success methods that educate, challenge and motivate audiences in their professional selling career.
He has graduated from 3M Selling Skills, Phase I & II. His Vallen Safety experience includes time as a Territory Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Central Texas Sales and Operations Manager, and as a Clean Room Products Manager. He led the National Account's Team to a successful conclusion at Alcoa, which resulted in a $7 million dollar contract.
He was a Negotiations Trainer for the largest division at Vallen (Vallen University). In addition, he won multiple Platinum Sales Achievement awards for generating the highest profit dollars in the company. (Top 10 performers) The Central Texas area was a Top Five profit producer nationally while he was the manager there. He pioneered Vallen's entry into the clean room disposables business while serving as a Product Manager for those items.
While at ITW-Simco, Gary Seale fulfilled dual roles as a Regional Manager for the Central United States and Mexico, and as the International Accounts Manager for the disk drive industry in North America and ASIA. He was awarded Best Performer awards for new product introduction and account penetration successes in previously untapped companies.
Gary was also instrumental in landing the largest single Purchase Order in company history for his work at Motorola in Texas and China. Additional successes of note came from Honeywell, Texas Instruments, Seagate, Hitachi, IBM, and Maxtor.
While working as a Commercial Agent for the largest Nationwide Insurance agency in Central Texas, he landed the single largest premium account in agency history.
As a sales advisor, consultant and award-winning sales manager, Gary D. Seale has the deep experience to relate well to top sales producers in multiple industries. His successful sales capabilities depended on the multiple disciplines required of all top producers.
