In a world full of so much crisis and where leadership seem to be associated with power, position and money, there is obviously a dearth of knowledge of what leadership should be. This is a gap that needs filling, GrowMe Academy bridges this gap. and I am looking to help make leadership all that it should be. I have built my career around Education in the last 30 years during which I have been lecturing/ training in major colleges of the UK. My career as a Lecturer has seen me training, coaching and mentoring college and university undergraduates as well as friends and family members helping them in their personal growth journey. My delight has been in seeing people progress in their chosen endeavours with my greatest rewards being when I see my coaches or mentees fulfil their dreams beyond their wildest imaginations. 

I am just so delighted to take my experience further but this time, educating leaders, new and emerging leaders in organisations both private and public.  Being ultimately in the education business enable us to help more people perform better, think faster, and lead better with the right mind-set. I and my team are strongly motivated by the fact that Leadership is influencing and not forgetting that acting is also key. At GrowMe Academy we revel in taking people from where they are to where they want to be in their career, businesses, or church development.
