Dr Chloe Lim is a scientist and a professional balloon artist. A trained molecular biologist with a PhD in Medical Science, she worked in medical research and biotech start-up before transitioning to working in the government. She is also an entrepreneur, with her own party entertainment business, Giggly Wiggly Balloons, offering advanced balloon twisting that wow guests at any event.

Chloe is passionate about STEM engagement from an early age and helping children develop their curiosity about their amazing body. She believes that making reading fun can help children to develop a love for books and reading. She wrote and published the book "What Makes You Unique", an early reader's book introducing children to genetics and how DNA makes us unique. She merges her passion for science and the magic of balloon twisting to create fun and engaging science storytelling shows.

She is a Maxwell Leadership Coach and Speaker, with access to John Maxwell, one of the top leadership experts in the world, and his resources on developing personal growth, influence and leadership. She can speak from John's best-selling books such as The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, Everyone Communicates Few Connect, and How to Become a Person of Influence.

As a migrant who has lived in New Zealand, Singapore and now Australia,  she understands the challenges an Asian migrant face living in a foreign country. She shared one part of her migrant story in the book "Undefeated", an anthology of migrant women stories published in partnership with the non-profit organisation Professional Migrant Women. She is passionate about helping migrant women gain the confidence to get out of their comfort zone and go for their goals and dreams. She helps them to get clear about their next move and supports them as they take action towards achieving success.
