Nicole's keynote on mentorship was amazing. What I personally appreciated was her ability to engage our audience from handing out t-shirts, bringing attendee's on stage, and one of the best Q&A sessions I have seen in what has now been our 3rd annual Women in Glass + Fenestration session at GlassBuild America.

Nicole did an amazing talk and workshop on "Becoming a Person of Influence" for our local Women Who Code group. We had to switch her event from in-person to online due to COVID-19 precautions and she did a fantastic job making the webinar interactive for our members. She facilitated many discussions and even initiated a uniquely planned breakout session for people to discuss leadership concepts. She provided an insightful and inspiring event that we had fun attending!

Nicole provided a training for us as part of the #dobetter professional development movement for behavior analysts. She took great care to incorporate aspects of our field in her training and really connected with each of our attendees. Highly recommend!!

We would highly recommend Nicole for Leadership training for your office or team. She moderated the John Maxwell Leadership Game with our team, and the results were amazing. She is very insightful, and through her questions and guidance, she helped us self discover our leadership strengths, areas where we need to improve and better ways to interact and work with each other. And the process was fun and a great team building experience.

Nicole is an excellent speaker. She carries herself with dignity and grace. I enjoyed attending her class on personal growth. The information provided by her and in the book can be applied to my life and improve myself. The other participants were a joy to listen to and interact with about our different stories of life. I would recommend her class to anyone really interested in stepping into the next level.

I really enjoyed participating in Nicole's 5 week Masterclass - "Connecting & Communicating to Increase Your Influence". Nicole is very perceptive and an excellent coach. Her values-centered guidance challenged me to think beyond just connecting. Her uplifting, positive personality made her easy to open up to and wonderful to work with. I look forward to working with Nicole in the future and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a perceptive, sincere, and deeply passionate coach.

I participated in a communicating and connecting workshop facilitated by Nicole. She did a great job guiding the group through session objectives. Throughout the course, Nicole was encouraging, creating a safe space for participants to speak candidly. She also continues to be a resource after the sessions. I had a positive experience and found the workshop valuable.

Nicole is an excellent instructor who has a wide range of knowledge on topics that include but are not limited to: effective leadership, communicating across multiple fields, and professional development. I have taken two John C. Maxwell certified courses from Nicole and gained so much from both. Nicole not only instructs, but she mentors students well beyond the scope of the courses.

Nicole is an excellent leader and executive coach. She has a warm way of listening and offering input that is insightful and sparks change. Her spiritual faith offers her clients a set of core values that is inviting of diversity in others from all backgrounds. She is worth the investment!

Attending the Women's Leadership session led by Nicole was exactly what I needed. Her classes provided practical ways to overcome negative self talk, self limiting beliefs in order to pursue an enriched lifestyle. She provides exercises in a safe environment with like minded individuals that will transform, inspire and incite you to move forward with purpose. I highly recommend her leadership sessions.

Nicole has such a personal and warm way of delivering difficult topics. She led a diverse (excuse the pun) group through a workshop on Successfully Building Diverse Teams which left everyone energized and with a deeper understanding of what the core issues where and a process for moving teams forward together. She is also the long-term leader of our diverse book group and has fearlessly led us through some very tough conversations as we all grow together.

I attended Nicole's Leadership Circle in the spring of 2021. The circle met for an hour on a weekly basis for eight weeks. In preparation for each class, we reviewed a video posted by Nicole and a list of guiding questions. The content was based on John Maxwell's "15 Invaluable Laws of Growth". Nicole was able to create a safe, friendly and productive space for open conversations that focused on delicate topics like goals, challenges and priorities. The women she selected were interactive, thoughtful, articulate and honest. We came from highly diverse backgrounds but learned a lot from each other thanks to Nicole's hard work and planning. Nicole adapted well when unplanned topics came up and made the most of the moment by highlighting lessons learned. Overall, I had an excellent experience that I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about leadership training.

I thoroughly enjoyed Nicole's Personal Growth Study using John Maxwell's book, "The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth". Nicole allowed us to share our personal experiences, share ideas and ask questions. Nicole took her time to explain each chapter that was covered, along with offering personal, one-on-one assistance. I always like working with and learning from Nicole because she is not only empathetic in her approach but also has a way of stretching you beyond your comfort zone. Since this Growth Study, I can attest that I am more focused forward and no longer see "failure" as an enemy, but opportunity.

Nicole is an engaging, empathetic, and insightful speaker, and is especially knowledgeable on Diversity and Inclusion training. She successfully facilitated an online event where every member participated and learned from one another.
