JOHNSON is a learning and performance designer, with more than 14 years of experience working in the learning & development field for higher education entities. He has about 5 years of consulting experience working in public and private organisations.
Presently, he provides advisory services on learning experience design, performance support systems, talent development tools, workplace learning, workforce skills transformation, career and competency roadmaps, business design and innovation.
He is an associate consultant of a local polytechnic where he provides services such as train-the-trainers for workplace learning, designing performance support and needs assessments. He is also an associate consultant with the polytechnic's international arm for regional industry and vocational skills transformation projects on TVET and i4.0.
He volunteers at an international global non-profit agency on regional community projects related to experience design and skills development.
He has written articles on HR, management, learning and performance, creativity and innovation with more than 25 featured in HR in Asia, Training Industry (USA), Training Journal (UK) and Training Magazine (USA), Human Resources magazine: Spring Issue, Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ). He has also published two books – Advanced Design Techniques and Creative Thinkers Journal.
