My strategy is unique because I don't focus on an individual's weaknesses and try to fix them. In fact, I don't even think they are broken. It's highly likely that if you aren't getting the best out of your team that it is simply thier approach that needs to be tweeked. I have seen time and time again people find higher levels of succes when they are able to recognize and leverage their natural strengths.
Before starting Smart Possibilities in 2016, I worked as the Senior Manager of Professional Development for Kiewit Construction. In this position I was responsible for supervising the creation and delivery of leadership training and coaching for over 10,000 employees world-wide.
I graduated with a BS in Broadcast Management from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Georgia State University. Additionally, I hold certifications from the the Gallup Organization, the Institute for Organizational Development, and the American Council on Exercise. A few fun facts about me-
- I am an amateur, but enthusiastic cook
- I am an adventure travel junkie who used to race sailboats
- My first job was as a magician for parties and corporate events
