Franca Sala Tenna, is the non-lawyer's lawyer and an acknowledged expert in workplace behaviour and compliance. She is a qualified legal practitioner, educator and presenter with over 25 years' training experience and a qualified Ontological Coach.


Franca founded EEO Specialists, and Online Compliance Training Australia to help organisations prevent unlawful workplace behaviours related to sexual harassment, discrimination, and bullying. Over the past 15 years, her organisations have successfully trained over 32,000 managers and employees, and sold more than 59,000 online courses. Clients include prominent organisations across state government, local government, corporates, non-profits, schools/colleges, and more.
