Rachel works primarily with women leaders in business to help them get to their next level of success by focusing on their personal brand and on becoming their best versions of themselves.
Speaking, training and generally inspiring people to take small steps towards positive change in their lives have been common threads throughout Rachel's career. This started in the public sector when she worked with juvenile offenders, to a time living in Thailand when she wrote and delivered personal development workshops for other expat wives and mothers, to more recent years when as Regional Director with The Athena Network, when she was immersed in helping women in business develop themselves in order to develop their business.
In 2018 she stepped away from this role to focus on her own business and now enjoys the diverse range of individual clients and organisations that she works with.
As a leading voice on the importance of personal brand as a pillar for success in business, Rachel certainly walks her own talk. She is known for her own style, warmth and enthusiasm as well as for her drive to keep learning, growing and taking action.
