BACKGROUND

Before founding Hale Consulting Group, I worked for eleven years in the IT industry in Director, National Sales Manager and Engineering roles. I have held Visiting Professor, Industry Judge and Lecturing positions at Melbourne Business School, Singapore Management University and Bond University. I educated CEOs and Boards in Ethics and Governance for many years, before the popular AICD courses.

I have an MBA (Strategy and Entrepreneurship) from Melbourne Business School. I have post-graduate degrees in Sports Science and Education and Bachelor's Degrees in Computer Science and Architecture.
