The greatest sunrise comes after the darkest nights, and Robbi's life experiences led her through the depths of mental illness to become the bright vivacious heart-centred woman she is today - she has travelled from depressed to dynamic and learnt what it means to have EVERYDAY RESILIENCE. Nowadays, Robbi graces the stage as an inspirational Keynote Speaker delivering 'HEARTBEATZ' a process enabling organisations to raise resilience and elevate performance by engaging our hearts and minds.
In her Keynote presentations, Robbi shares an inspiring and courageous journey of personal triumph during difficult times; she has developed tools that support others to manage stress with grace and ease.
