  • Patsy is an experienced speaker, columnist, thought leader and award-winning expert in the field of Social Impact - specifically ,corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion and sustainability. A driven changemaker responsible for designing, building and leading Social Impact functions and initiatives for global Fortune 500 companies, Patsy is a respected leader and team motivator who effectively works across functions to achieve business goals.
  • Currently, Patsy serves as Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Credit Suisse.
  • Previously, Patsy led the corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion and sustainability functions at Thomson Reuters globally. In this role, she developed teams and initiatives that helped drive Thomson Reuters' social and environmental efforts forward. She is also responsible for launching the ESG Institute, a resource and support center tasked with building awareness and understanding around social impact.
  • Earlier, Doerr led the talent and learning, employee recognition, alumni relations and the global centers of excellence development effort for Credit Suisse's Asia Pacific region - which spanned 14 countries and 15,000 employees. Before that, Doerr built leading global learning and development functions at Deutsche Bank in London and at JPMorgan Chase in New York.
  • Additionally, Patsy serves on several boards and finance committees that aid in the advancement of women in developing markets as well as diversity and education, including the Thirty Percent Coalition, All In Together, The Samburu Girls Foundation, Women's World Banking and Responsible Investment Association. Patsy was the recipient of the Most Powerful & Influential Woman Award by the Tri-State Diversity Council, Promoting Workforce Diversity & Gender Equality Award from City State Reports and the United Nations' Decade of Women Quantum Impact Award.
