Energize your event and inspire your leaders to confront workplace bullying and disrespectful behaviour taught by a international public speaker, corporate lawyer, and workplace bullying author.

Paul is a corporate lawyer, author, international public speaker, and business executive with over 25 years experience in senior management roles in government and industry.

During his career, on more than one occasion, Paul was the target of disrespectful workplace behaviour and workplace bullying. As a gay, aboriginal young man, Paul was often bullied at school - but he never expected it would be worse at work.

Workplace bullying is as harmful at work as it is in schools. Paul knows this from personal experience. Following a diagnosis of post-traumatic stress, he wrote his first book - "Workplace Bullying - It's Just Bad for Business." He will share his story and how it led to the work he does today.

Leveraging his experiences and using humour, Paul became a speaker with the goal of raising awareness and inspiring change. He is now an advocate, consultant and expert in strategic workplace bullying management, workplace respect, diversity and ethics. He is a regular presenter at global conferences and corporate events - from Dubai to Vancouver, in many industries, Paul's positive message is transforming our workplaces.
