Bennum first discovered his passion for being in the public eye through his career in corporate communications. Having worked on an international brand in a public relations capacity for many years, Bennum has always gravitated towards being visible at an event in a formal capacity as a presenter, host or master of ceremonies.
Being named a Mr South Africa Top 5 Finalist in 2009, where he also received the Businessman of the Year Award, Bennum was propelled into public view and a career path filled with opportunity. Being accredited with a PRISA, he enjoys working in PR and marketing, creating, implementing, and managing a brand's corporate image and reputation as well as playing the role of a CSI co-ordinator.
On the other side of the coin, Bennum, who is now a member Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa, discovered a passion for public speaking and being a voice artist.
With a warm delivery style, Bennum has been described as elegant in his capacity as a host. There is richness to his tone that works well across different events and can deliver content effortlessly.
Bennum is also fluent in both English and Afrikaans and is comfortable presenting in either language.
