With 20+ years of project management and facilitation experience in various sectors, she founded Leonty3C, a company that helps professionals empower themselves and improve their days through human-centered approaches to communication, project management, change management, leadership and creativity.
In addition to her workshop and speaking schedule, she leads an internationally-awarded creative services team which specializes in music design for screen projects. Leo Nominated for 2020 - ALien: Ore (20th C Fox).
In addition to being a certified PM, she's also an internationally-awarded and published composer, producer, and vocalist. In 2015, she founded LMG Creative Audio, a creative services agency that produces audio for screen projects.
