Cyndi Pollard
BA Ministry Leadership
WA, USCyndi Pollard is an ordained minister who graduated from LIFE Pacific College where she received her BA in Ministry Leadership. She serves as head of women's ministry at her local church and speaks regularly on Sunday mornings. She is a keynote speaker for women's retreats, conferences, the Future Business Leaders of America conference, and the Master of Ceremony for the JOY Ladies Conference. After being a Principal and serving intermittently as an Executive Pastor for over 15 years, Cyndi recently stepped out of that role into a new challenge as the Executive Director and Director of Community Relations for an Independent Senior Community. She has coached, taught, motivated, and spoke to groups from 10 to 1500 people on a variety of subjects. Cyndi wrote and presented a customer service segment, Stepping Outside the Box, that has been published and used in a well-known company to teach individuals how to move from, how I have always done it, to doing it a different way. She is currently writing her first book called, Defining Moments, a book that explores the moment after a significant event in your life has occurred. She would describe herself as a servant leader, who has the privilege to provide tools for life through inspiring courage, using humor, biblical truths and personal stories. She is a member of the National Speaker Association (NSA) and National Association of Professinal Women (NAPW).
