Current Project: Anthony currently stars in and executive produces the ABC comedy BLACK-ISH, where he plays 'Dre', Anthony has been nominated for both a Golden Globe & Emmy for his performance on the show and recently directed the 5th season finale. The show is currently airing its 6th season. He also appeared as the same character in ABC's MIXE-ISH and GROWN-ISH.

Additionally, he played the memorable role of 'Detective Kevin Bernard' in the final seasons of NBC's long-running Emmy Award-winning drama LAW & ORDER. Anthony stars as 'Gary,' a hilarious and doting stay-at-home dad of four in NBC's GUYS WITH KIDS. He is also known for his lead role in Fox's action drama K-VILLE as 'Marlin Boulet,' a cop who loves the Crescent City more than his wife and daughter and 'Antwon Mitchell,' a drug kingpin who, having been released from a lengthy prison sentence, tried to reinvent himself in FX's drama thriller THE SHIELD. In addition to these roles, Anthony has also hosted the annual NAACP Image Awards for seven consecutive years (2014-2020), 2015 & 2016 BET Awards, as well as the ABC game show TO TELL THE TRUTH, a funny re-imagination of the beloved 1950's game show for 4 seasons.

Anthony has also been a recurring guest judge on Food Network's IRON CHEF AMERICA.
Extra: Anthony graduated from Howard University, and currently resides in Los Angeles. He has two teenage children, Kyra and Nathan.
