Alison Springer is the Founder and Communications Youth Specialist for Greater Than Communications. She knows how to captivate and keep teens engaged through her use of memorable sayings, innovative exercises, and creative flair. It comes from 15 years of experience working with youth and an audacity to do whatever it takes to keep their attention so the main message gets through. Alison has worked with Street kids, Students with high needs, Student Leaders, Church youth groups and ESL students giving her the know how to reach youth in various walks of life.

Alison helps families and organizations enhance their connection with youth (Ages 12 to 23) through specialized communication programs. Her MISSION is to build a generation of CONFIDENT youth who make positive choices that change their world.

She has co-written curriculum used in Junior High Schools throughout Western Canada and has developed and facilitated programs used in Calgary's Youth Judicial System. A Professional Speaker, Trainer and Founder of the Young Woman of Power Conference. Alison is the go to gal for youth resources.
