Personal Biography

 

Scott Koepf graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with one Bachelor Degree in Business and a second degree in Music.  After a successful year in Real Estate Sales, Scott worked overseas as an Entertainment Director at Club Med and as a P.E. Teacher in Africa.  Back in the United States, Scott was an entertainer before purchasing the fifth Cruise Holidays retail travel franchise.  After one year Scott and his wife sold their store and performed on board cruise ships.  Upon returning shore side Scott joined Cruise Holidays International as director of Franchise Sales.  While taking the company from 12 franchises to over 150 stores, he became President and CEO.  Scott oversaw all aspects of the franchise operation which rang up over $100 million in sales.

 

Scott then went from Franchiser back to Franchisee to run a Cruise Holidays store in Walnut Creek, California.  His sales and marketing expertise were still evident as he tripled the sales of his acquired franchise in the first six months and it became one of the top cruise only agencies in the country.  Scott also served as President of the National Association of Cruise Only Agencies (NACOA), the largest association in the United States for cruise selling professionals.

 

After the sale of his Cruise Holidays franchise, Scott founded Ultimate Seminars which offers speaking and training programs. The Ultimate Cruise Sales Seminar, sponsored by Princess Cruises, was one of many programs developed and presented by Ultimate Seminars.  Scott also served as President of the franchise company GalaxSea Cruises and Tours, doubling the number of stores in its system in less than a year.  Scott also served as General Manager of the nation's fortieth largest travel agency, Nexion and General Manager of the travel consortium, Jurni Network, both part of Sabre Holdings. He served as president of the National Association of  Career Travel Agents (NACTA) and is currently Vice President of Sales for Avoya Travel.

 

Scott also has continued performing on stage including roles as "Tevye" in Fiddler on the Roof and "Emile DeBeque" in South Pacific.  He has received Best Actor awards in both Southern and Northern California.  His entertaining is now an integral part of the seminars, training programs and motivational speaking he provides through Ultimate Seminars.
