Laura has worked with Fortune1000 organizations such as GE, Perot Systems and UBS in the U.S. and Canada as well as virtually across the globe. She served as adjunct faculty at the University of Bridgeport in Stamford, CT, the University of Phoenix in Norwalk, CT, and Westchester Community College.
She is skilled in talent management, facilitation, training and human resources and personal organization. Through 1-1 coaching she can assist managers improve their management and communication skills, help individuals plan their careers paths and help teams and individuals enhance their efficiency.
Laura holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, a master's degree in Industrial Relations from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, and a number of professional certifications.
In May 2009 she was named as one of Fairfield County's Top 40 executives under 40 for her work as the President of Pro Way Development. She loves to travel, entertain friends, and in her spare time volunteer with various local organizations.
