Greg Cooper
On a crisp October afternoon in 1986, Greg was flying in a Bell Jet Ranger helicopter over the north side of Indianapolis during a radio broadcast for station WNAP. In an instant at 1800 feet in the air, the copter engine went silent and the stall alarm was screaming. The craft was falling like a stone towards a K-Mart parking lot. With the skill of a Vietnam era pilot at the controls next to him, the aircraft successfully autorotated back to the ground in front of several dozen surprised shoppers. After a brief skid along the ashpalt, they came to rest across five parking spaces in the rear of the lot. In the midst of a 22 second plummet to earth, Greg realized that his experience on the radio and in marketing/promotions for the station would be lead him in a much different path.
Coupled with creative marketing campaigns that he had originated such as giving away an entire town during a John Mellencamp tour and giving away the inside of a huge sports arena for a John Bon Jovi backstage party, Greg had learned to create the big marketing moment. Shortly after his helicopter fell to the ground that clear Fall day, he began his transition to real estate where his creative marketing grew to another level.
Bent on using his full marketing skills from broadcast in his real estate busines, Greg began to build a base of influence through countless opportunities to share his wisdom and humor in both corporate and private settings. Though years of networking, Greg found himself a member of one of the most prolific real estate teams in the world. Success in both marketing real estate and himself led to a number of high profile moments by being involved with some of the most elite properties in the country. To this day his marketing of the $20,000,000 Conseco mansion as well as estates for former RCI chairperson Christel Dehaan and former NBA star Reggie Miller have placed Greg in front of the real estate and business community as a spokesperson and expert.
Greg has taken those life experiences in marketing, business innovation, personal branding and future vision and melded them into a motivational talk that is as relevant from the front door of an organization as it is to the desk of the CEO. Greg caters his message spefically to his audience and their needs giving them inspiration, education and a higher palate of inspired creativity that they can apply to their own daily life.
