Dante Lee is the 25-year old president and CEO of Diversity City Media (www.DiversityCity.com), a very successful multicultural marketing and public relations firm based in Columbus, Ohio. His company has annual billings of nearly $1 million in revenue - and works with clients like Ford, McDonald's, NASCAR, BET, Heineken, and TV One. Lee was recently recognized as one of the "Top 30 Young Leaders For 2006" by Ebony Magazine, and was nominated for the 2006 Small Business of the Year Award by Black Enterprise Magazine. In addition, his company has been highlighted in Black Enterprise Magazine three times this year alone. Lee was handpicked by Tavis Smiley himself to be a panelist at the 2006 Tavis Smiley Leadership Institute in Houston, TX. Dr. Cornel West and several other young leaders were on that panel. Lee is the author of "How To Think Big...When You're Small", a quick-read self-help publication that he wrote to inspire others in business and in life. He also heads the Think Big Foundation, a non-profit organization designed to motivate minority youth.
