Susan founded "HumanExcel,"" a corporate education firm that provides tools for personal and organizational success. She outlines steps that have generated millions in savings for her international Fortune 500 clients through training and mentoring over 600 Business Process Improvement projects. Susan personally taught and mentored Process Improvement projects in the U.S. and Europe, including those with measurable impacts exceeding $1 million each. The objective of these projects was to reduce wastes, improve efficiencies and save money.

Susan draws on her entrepreneurial spirit and her commitment to sustainable environments that led her to found "Go Green Squads," an energy efficiency solutions provider that provides energy audits, upgrades and education. They have provided upgrades to thousands of properties in Central Texas.

Susan's book "Beyond Light Bulbs: Lighting the Way to Smarter Energy Management" offers a complete and comprehensive overview of energy in layman's terms - from green building to renewable and traditional energy sources to transportation to global energy grids. Her solutions-oriented approach shows how aligning our forces will create a brighter energy future.

Susan also shares her corporate expertise gained at IBM, where she received a Management Excellence Award and a key Technical Award for her work with billion-dollar manufacturing lines.
