With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the Dental and Med Spa industries, Nicole has built a career rooted in leadership, business management, and personal growth. Her journey began with a strong foundation in accounting, having spent five years as a public accountant where she developed a keen understanding of financial management, compliance, and strategic planning. This background enables her to seamlessly transition into the dental and med spa industries, where she has owned and operated two successful dental practices and a thriving med spa for more than two decades.

Throughout her journey, she has gained extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of managing practices—ranging from day-to-day operations, financial oversight, team leadership, marketing, compliance, and patient care. Her approach combines efficiency with a genuine passion for service, quality, creating environments where staff are motivated and patients feel cared for.

In addition to practical business expertise, she is an esteemed Maxwell Certified Executive Coach and Trainer. She enjoys coaching healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and management teams, helping them unlock their full potential. Whether it’s refining leadership skills, developing strategic growth plans, or enhancing team dynamics, her goal is always measurable results.

She is based in Omaha, Nebraska, has worked side-by-side with her husband Mark for 25 years and is a proud Mom of four wonderful children and a Grandmother to two adorable grandkids.

Beyond career and family, she represented Nebraska as Mrs. Nebraska 2010. This experience enriched her leadership skills, public speaking abilities, and community involvement.
