By all accounts, Don has had a successful career as a certified black-belt quality engineer, banking VP, project manager, research director and entrepreneur. His personal life was also active as a church youth minister, lay speaker and Scout Leader. He has had the opportunity to lead several youth mission trips in the US, Mexico and Costa Rica. He and his wife Fran raised two wonderful children and are now enjoying six delightful grandchildren. However, it wasn’t until recently that he learned the secret to true lifelong success and fulfillment.
