An entrepreneur from the age of 27, Charmaine understands the feeling and reality of “doing it all" of managing life and running a business - the marketing, staffing, finances, sales, client delivery and continually needing to innovate to keep (and be) relevant. Along the way, she's had career pivots including teaching for Schulich's Executive Education leadership programs and leader roles, leading strategic talent projects. Today, she supports others to rediscover their personal power, values, boundaries and that they don’t have to do it alone.
