Nicole Davidson is a commercial mediator and negotiation trainer and advisor. An accredited meditator since 2016, Nicole brings a wealth of experience in the legal, insolvency and banking sectors to her mediation practice. She has consulted across a broad range of industries in Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
Nicole has been a finalist for Mediator of the Year at the Australian Law Awards for the last three year, taking out the award in 2022. In 2021, she received the Resolution Institute’s Award for Achievement by an Emerging Practitioner and in 2022 she was listed as one of Inside Small Business magazine’s Top 50 Small Business Leaders. In 2023, she was a finalist for Thought Leader of the Year at the Women in Law Awards for her work in promoting early mediation and challenging the current dispute resolution process.
