My mission is to add value to others by doing something daily for someone for which they cannot repay me.

I am a leader who seeks to add value in each role I play. My expertise includes a variety of skills in operations management including quality, safety, process improvement, process flow, leadership, motivation, and training. I am a change management leader, and I have experience leading teams through a change process. I am a noted specialist in the precast concrete industry where I consult with many precast companies to help them in production, quality management, lean, and safety. I am often a presenter at many industry meetings and conventions. My research specialty is Microbially Induced Corrosion of Concrete (MICC).

Success is best achieved and made sustainable with leadership dynamics and a fantastic team's support. By being a 360-degree leader, the success achieved at each company is only made possible through the efforts of many in a team environment. One task I enjoy as much as any other is developing others through coaching. I have achieved nothing without the motivation and determination of those within my circle of influence. Leadership is the catalyst for actual dynamic and sustainable change. One of the greatest successes in my 30-year career is that I have developed other leaders, including inspiring others to go to college, in some cases, even earning an advanced degree.

I have been very successful in achieving continuous improvement by managing organizational change. The change process requires patience: the larger the organization, the longer it may take. Companies fail to create lasting change when they implement short-term projects to create change without changing the behavior and attitude of the employees. The improvement process is a never-ending continuum.

I am a certified John Maxwell Team Trainer / Coach and a Certified Fred Factor Trainer. In addition, I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. I can train and coach soft skills and technical skills.
