Today’s speaker grew up in Orlando, Florida where he began working in the Hotel Industry at the age of 18. Over the course of 20 years he reached an executive level for several of the most distinguished luxury Hotel brands in the world including Hyatt, Westin & Ritz-Carlton. In early 2012, Juan discovered the profession of Business Coaching and made the life-changing decision to leave his successful corporate career to launch his own coaching practice. Soon after, he partnered with ActionCOACH, the world’s leading business coaching organization. Today, Juan has ranked as a top 20 global coach with clients in both North and South America.
