Mahendran Subramany

Mahendran Subramany is a Agile Leadership x Ai Accelerator Trainer who focuses on enhancing and optimizing business performance via agility and productive methods targeting Human Resources at corporate company. He is currently the Founder of Catman Edge Training, a registered Training Provider Company accredited by HRDC

Mahendran graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia with a Bachelor's degree in Cost Engineering (USM). He began his career as a Cost Engineer at Orangebeam Construction Sdn Bhd before rising through the ranks to become a Senior Executive in the Strategic Planning and Monitoring Department. He started to understand business and management and advanced to owning a garment manufacturing company. He then became a Certified Accredited HRD Corp Trainer and started training young individuals who want to be entrepreneurs, and so the journey started.

Mahendran's biography was recently featured in Britishpedia Publishing House's 'Successful People in Malaysia' Encyclopedia Book 3rd Edition Year 2021. He has extensive experience in Agile Leadership, Generative Ai, Problem Solving Skills, Digital Marketing for SME's and Giggers, Personal Development Skills, Stress Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Real Life Customer Oriented Skills, Techniques to Handle Objections, Product Branding, Content Writing, Leadership Skills, Entrepreneurial Business Strategies and Agile Working Culture.

He is also a Certified Mudra Practitioner and is extensively involved in Occult Studies. Mahendran is also a Professional Member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS), part of Global Speakers Federation (GSF), Certified Professional in Agile Project Management, Certifies Professional in Digital Marketing, Reskills Malaysian Ambassador and Coach, where he cultivates a culture of Lifelong Learning.

More than 1200 hours of training have been completed in his area of expertise, which are Agile Leadership, Generative Ai for Business & SME's, Stress Mastery for Productivity, Personal Development Practices for Self Enhancement, and Digital Marketing for Business Owners and Companies, all of which enhance and optimize the PRODUCTIVITY of a company and individuals collectively.
