Nancy Garcia is an Entrepreneur with significant expertise in management, business development, and business administration. Ms. Garcia has served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Noble Machine, LLC for nearly two decades. Noble Machine provides manufacturing services through their engineering processes in the machining field for the fast-paced and highly demanding oil, petroleum, electrical, mining, and electronics industries. In 2010, Ms. Garcia founded Dynasty Management, Inc. which manages her real estate investments portfolio. Ms. Garcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management; and currently pursuing a Certificate of Accountancy from the University of Houston. She has been married for almost 30 years, and she has been business partners with her husband for nearly 20 of those years. The success she has she passionately shares with her proud husband Julio, who is a support activist on her brand amplification and growth. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, son and daughter, and enjoys traveling to new places. In conjunction, she is committed to continuous personal and professional growth, as demonstrated by her recent completion of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, and being an IC Genius Member. She is also a Mentee in the STEM Connector/MWM-Ei (Million Women Mentors) receiving a business woman Mentor for a year to help advise her.
