John Williams is a seasoned entrepreneur, mentor, and community leader dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening families. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Life That Counts, Inc., a nationally respected nonprofit organization focused on positive youth development, fatherhood engagement, and character education. Under his leadership, Life That Counts has impacted thousands of lives through school-based mentoring, evidence-based curricula, and community partnerships across the United States.

John’s vision for relational health and personal growth is grounded in real-life experience. For over a decade, he has led Men of Faith, a weekly virtual gathering where fathers from diverse backgrounds come together for accountability, encouragement, and spiritual growth. These Zoom calls have served as a transformative platform, helping men better show up for their wives, children, and communities.

In addition to his nonprofit leadership, John is an accomplished businessman and the owner of several ventures, including First Fruits Farms LLC, LiveFit Family Fitness LLC, and MustardSeed EarthworX LLC, a licensed and bonded excavation and site development company serving North Alabama. His entrepreneurial background spans agriculture, wellness, and construction—each driven by a passion to build up people, purpose, and infrastructure in meaningful ways.
