My primary keynote "The Limitless Organization" teaches us how we can go about our work from an empowering context, which produces results that in our old paradigms, weren't possible. It's not just about the results though - I'd say it's more an opportunity to examine HOW we go about it - the way in which we interact with colleagues, bosses, the entry level guy that just got hired... everyone.
The stories I tell remind us of the all the connections that exist which are easy to forget: with one another, with the natural world, and most importantly, with ourselves and who we know ourselves to be.
Listeners will get connected to their own experience of limitlessness - meaning - they'll get to see past their own limits into the world of what is possible in their work, in your organization, and in their lives.

Apart from my keyonte, I enjoy sharing from my experience traveling through 18 countries, including my most recent 8 months in South America in 2019. I visited the Peruvian and Ecuadorian Amazon rainforest and now more than ever love speaking about the importance of protecting and preserving our rainforests, as well as our oceans. I also
speak about climate change and climate restoration.
My personal mission is to close the gap between human beings and nature, and this theme is evident in all of my speeches including The Limitless Organization.
