Sheri Simmons is an Author, Speaker, and Financial Educator. She started writing at the age of twelve as an outlet for depression. In March 2012 her first book, Tales of the Broken Hearted was published. Since then she has penned several titles including her new release My Financial Journey. What Not To Do With Money. She started writing strictly urban fiction. Since 2012 she has perfected her writing craft as well as her personal speaking skills

Sheri is also a domestic violence survivor and advocate. She is a member of the Speakers Bureau with the organization RAINN (Rape, Abuse, Incest National Network. She goes around to different organizations sharing her story and testimony. She has also hosted two of her own successful events where she has spoken on topics such purpose, goals, and mindset.

In December of 2017, Sheri made the decision to become a financial educator. She loves the fact that she can educate and help people change their financial futures. Sheri is licensed in the State of NY as well as other states across the country. In addition to all of her business ventures, she is a mom and wife. She lives in New York City with her husband and three sons.
