Germanist, supported by a humanistic education background in Modern Contemporary Languages and Literature, and a professional English certificate in Marketing & Management,  she leads junior and senior professionals, top and middle managers, entrepreneurs, employees, manager assistants, students to achieve personal and professional goals, to face the change as a natural status of life, to evaluate  tangible and intangible results through Key Performance Indicators, Value Creation Indicators, to measure ROI: Return On Objectives, Return On People, Return On Work, Return On Digital & Social Relationship, Return On Leadership, Return On Internal & External Communications, Return On Marketing, Return on Mental-Emotional-Physical Health, Return On Happiness. 

Since 2002 she has been designing and helding  bespoke education-training-business "pathways to excellence" to better compete in and outside Europe.

She coaches medical doctors, dentists, medical staff  to communicate more effectively with patients and relatives. She collaborates with psychologists and social psychiatrists for special projects. 

In 2020 she has launched TEENLEADER, experiential lab addressed to children and teenagers (from 5 to 24 years old), parents, teachers for a healthy and optimized use of  digital devices, internet, to prevent civil and penal risks, to practice and appreciate digital detox programs, to recover from  post pandemic challenges.

• Since 2018 she has been the organiser of the workshop dedicated to the World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development (May 21) and the World Day for Biodiversity (May 22)
• Since 2016 she has been  Positive Impact Ambassador 
• In 2016 she presented the preview of the first "Biodiversity Chart applied to organisational ecosystems" during the EMEC/MPI interactive session #BeeSustain Challenge: How to drive innovation and enhance meeting quality and ROI through sustainability held in Copenhagen
• Since 2015 she has been collaborating with the Association of Down People to include down staff in the organisations 
• Since 2012 she has been developing the project Olirose: Reusable Art for Eco-smart People, designing handmade  accessories and objects originated from recycled materials, offering recreational formats through manual arts. The format motivates and engages people to rethink habits, lifestyle, consumes in a more sustainable and creative ways
• In 2011 she launched Colorando: donate colours  to those who need a smile, a 4 phase process based on the therapeutic power of colours, supporting people from childhood to  adulthood who are physically, mentally, economically disadvantaged, to come in contact with their own individual identity, find the courage to express their interior mood and share it with the community through colours and co-creation. Best practices: Villa Letizia for Mental Diseases in Rome and  Betania Orphanage in Emali (Kenya)
• From 2010 to 2012 she had worked for the ONG Actionaid to project the campaign "Sport and the right to change" to face lack of food, malnutrition, and starvation
• In 2010 she organized for the Communication Division of Military Aeronautics a complimentary course  of pediatric unblocking maneuvers for 400 people at Museo Aeronautico Vigna di Valle Bracciano, in collaboration with Croce Rossa Italiana and Cap Gemini
