Known as the Evangelist of Authenticity (#authenticityevangelist), David is also an Ordained Minister & Evangelist with the Christian Church. With 24+ years of ministry experience, David has had the privilege of leading within 7 different congregations. He was also instrumental in establishing 3 additional Church plantings. He continues to support ministries throughout the East Coast, Mid-West and West Coast.
His background has been in helping organizations with both Transitional Leadership and Leadership Development. David is passionate about the development of every organization's greatest resource: their people. He has taught and trained on every platform from mentoring to workshops and Executive Coaching.
In meeting and working with the C-Suite, he discovered there existed a need to develop the leadership trait of authenticity. This has become David's niche and this specialty has led to incredible opportunities. David is currently working on a soon to be released book on this subject of authenticity entitled Puppet CEO.
