My Brooklyn Hamlet is Adelman's critically acclaimed one-woman show, based on her life story that she's performed in 3 countries and 9 states and counting.

Her mother was shot and killed. Her father was jailed. Then he married her aunt. In Shakespeare's Hamlet his father is killed by his Unclee who marries his mothr. It is about death, reventge and destruction.
