Inspiring and equipping audiences to leverage the power of LinkedIn to increase their visibility and influence, engage with their ideal connections, and achieve career goals.

certified virtual presenter

Carol's story: In 2011, Carol Kaemmerer took what seemed like shockingly bad news, and turned it into an amazing opportunity. In 2022, Carol was named as one of the top six personal branding experts by The American Reporter.

After a surprise downsizing in 2010/11 in the Fortune 500 company she served as a consultant, Carol found that her 20 years of marketing communications experience provided the perfect set-up for helping professionals build their online brand. LinkedIn, she recognized, is an integral part of that brand-building. But many brilliant leaders, are unable to articulate their brand effectively on LinkedIn, and that was a weak link in their online reputation.

Since 2011, Carol has focused her communications expertise on helping C-suite executives and senior leaders use LinkedIn powerfully, creating positioning and messaging that reflects their business passion with authenticity. Her award-winning book, LinkedIn for the Savvy Executive: Promote Your Brand with Authenticity, Tact and Power was published in 2016; its Second Edition was published in 2021.

Carol believes that your personal brand – well articulated on LinkedIn – is your best protection against business changes beyond your control. Carol is passionate about teaching others – business leaders and entrepreneurs – strategies for using this essential business tool with confidence. Her clear communication style and passion for helping others learn to use LinkedIn effectively results in audiences that are engaged, motivated and empowered to take control of their online brand.

What audience participants say:

Carol just knocked it out of the park today. Carol is a fun presenter. She really shows cares in her audience members and what they doing, and she really listens to what they are trying to accomplish. – Jeffrey Ferrazzo, President MN Chapter, National Speakers Association

On the basis of a presentation Carol made on personal branding and effective use of LinkedIn, I tweaked my LinkedIn profile. Now I'm showing up 2 to 3 times as often in searches and getting job inquiries because someone saw my profile. Her presentation skills are excellent. She made the content accessible to her audience by using a variety of presentation techniques to engage us. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend that anyone who wants to enliven their job search should follow her advice. – Jolynn Nelson, Senior Principal Quality Engineer

Carol's Linked-In workshop for our executive group was useful, engaging, and pitched at the right level. Great practical advice and guidance." – Gerald Coward, Chief Financial Officer, Driscoll's of the Americas
