Jordan's career has really been focused on three main things:
- getting leaders out of the weeds
- creating OMG moments
- creating a customer or member loyalty engine
These topics get Jordan going. In his years in business, he has noticed that too often people live in the weeds; in fact, they can't get out of them! Jordan imagines a world where we can discover root causes and implement outside the box thinking in order to never be back in the weeds again!
Jordan is passionate about differentiation in business. In fact, Jordan encourages businesses to explore the fine line between upholding the strongest of standards and at the same time stepping out of the mundane by creating wow (or as Jordan calls them, O.M.G.) moments.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Jordan joined the team at Cold Stone Creamery in the early growth days. Jordan joined Cold Stone in the days where the dreams of turning a small local chain of ice cream shops to an international powerhouse in franchising were realized. From there he took his talents to another well-known National brand, Massage Envy where he ran domestic and later international operations and grew the brand from 500 to well over 1200 locations! Jordan has led the operations of several well known organizations, most recently Amazing Lash Studio. If there's one lesson Jordan has learned it's this: membership is everything... but it's not just selling a membership, it's retaining them! Jordan is ready to help your organization understand how to get and keep your customers... and keep your customers coming back for more!
