For over 15 years, I have been blessed with the opportunity to help individuals achieve their maximum potential using the art of focus and through developing their mental toughness. My greatest joy and motivation is to see each person I work with achieve their desired success and outcome. While growing my skills as a trainer for the US Olympic team, I was honored with the ability to see what it takes to become the absolute best in the world. I have had the privilege to pass that knowledge onto companies, nonprofits and individuals supporting their goals to become on target for success.
My personal goal is to continue helping thousands of people achieve their maximum potential through coaching, seminars and corporate partnerships around the world. Whether it be a top athlete, small business owner, top executive or an individual, my life's work is to inspire and motivate each person I work with to be the best they can be.
Interests: helping grow individuals and companies, women empowerment, family, traveling, animal advocacy, spending time with my amazing children and husband, watching the Steelers and the Cardinals, shooting, flying drones and relaxing in the mountains with a cup of tea.
