Her teaching experience includes being a staff development instructor, a continuing education instructor for CNAs, LPNs and RNs and a faculty member for family practice residents, undergraduate nursing students and graduate nurse practitioner students.

Nancy wrote her first book, Catching Critical Changes: Six Essential Steps to Effective Nursing Assessment to show nurses how to apply a step-by-step process to make crucial nursing assessments to prevent missing critical changes in their adult and elderly patients.
Nancy received her BSN from Cornell University/New York School of Nursing and her MSN in Medical and Surgical Nursing, Adult Primary Care and Clinical Nurse Specialist from Syracuse University.
